wow.
so, this is my story.
somewhere in the lonely concave of my new apartment, i read entertainment weekly.there within was a review of some blissful punk-rock compilation - and thought it a good idea, to hear something new.
so off i went to tower records. my eyes scaled through the sections, looking for the disc. i found nothing close to it. as to not let my visit become a complete loss,i wandered to the listening section in the back corner of the store.
my eyes peeled through these as well. punk smelled at this time. pop, techno, not my cup of tea. then i came to the end, and read a little bio of a cd with a unique looking cover, so i gave it a try.
and fell in love.
i haven'ttaken the cd out of my record player since i bought it yesterday afternoon. this man has a great voice, and it pierces the soul with every caw.
praise damien rice.
even better, he happens to be appearing on my favorite television show, conan o'brian, in only a day. ups to both men for knowing genius when they see it.

Jeweller, CNBC will show it yep. I'm not sure how far behind we are with Conan. On Saturday they had a show with... (let me think) Rich Hall (very dry American comedian who's bigger in the UK than US). I'm trying to find how long ago that was aired in the US to give an idea of how big the delay is.
