I'm thinking about getting a low end one. Can anybody comment on the recordingsound quality of the Fostex MR8 or the Zoom PS04, or anything else in the $200 - $300 (£112 - £168) range? Hmm, not sure whythat came up blue, kinda wierd. Edited by: cneill

dont know abt the 2 that u mentioned...but i am using a zoom mrs-4...its pretty decent...just 2 line inputs...u can record up to 2 tracks simultaneously if im not wrong...as far as rec quality goes,again its decent...i just record stuff and transfer to my com via soundforge...bought it for abt $300SGD...hope this helps...
