studio recording of woman like a man? well, it was released as a single in the uk and b-side to something i can't remember, but i think it's just the galway radio recording.

Ah, somebody else who loves Emmett smileys/smiley31.gif He's played at the Roisin last month and in Campbell’s Tavern. (Is that in Galway also?) I think that was all.

You can console yourself with the fact he had a stuffy nose. I know, it doesn't help much. I think by the time he would have made it to Cork he would have probably had to cancel smileys/smiley11.gif

Emmett's deserve extra stars!

Well I have all the singles, plus the Woman Like A Man EP and have no studio recording of it. The closest one would perhaps be the one recorded in the Galway Bay FM studio, but that was a live recording, and not really what I'd count as what 'studio recording' has come to mean. But maybe that's the one you guys are talking about? (it's the main track on the WLAM EP and a b-side on Cannonball)

Just noticed you mentioned it was the Galway Bay FM one Emmett, so we are talking about the same one.
I wonder if Damien will record an actual studio recording of it for the next album?

Yeah, that's the one. I'm sure he'll do a big loud electric version for the next album. I hope so anyway.
