I find the reference to "the story of "O"" in "AMIE" quite intrigiung.
I had never heard of the book or later movie. I am from the U.S. and I
was wondering if that may be a reason. Is this book popular in Europe?

As someone who hasn't read the book, I am also interested in hearing people's opinion on how it relates to the song.

Thanks,

Jay

How could you have put it down?! I finished it in a few days and then ran out (well I work in a bookstore) and bought Return to the Chateau and finished that in like a day and a half.

Barnes & Noble Mr. Zach, if they don't have it they will order it. But they should have at least one copy on the shelf.

the book doesn't really have anything to do with the song, the lyric originally used to be:

"..and read me a story of old "
