I have waited for so many years to see this man play live. Now, he'll be playing three gigs by me. I cannot believe it.

the EU venues seem crazy big, by comparison the US ones seem rather small

I haven't been. But apparently The Box has a rep for being very lush, capacity of a little under 400.

Warsaw I have no idea about.

I'm shooting to go to the Thursday gig. Seeing if any of my friends are interested in going right now. This is unreal.

I remember he played the Warsaw back in the O days. The Box looks tiny tiny, ouch only 400 pp? it´s gonna sell out in 5 nanoseconds!

wish the EU venues would be slighty smaller, the one in Milan seats 3000 people I believe

My guess is that The Box will have chairs similar to the Hiro show in 06. Warsaw holds a little over 400 people and will probably be standing (but that's a guess).

I'm thinking that maybe tickets for The Box will be a bit more expensive since it's a smaller venue.
the ones for the San Francisco gig are only $50 and the ones for the LA show are $60-$80

:( gutted there's only one UK date and it would be London of course - won't be able to make it there unfortunately.

I am excited to finally hear of the new tour dates. I just did some research on the San Francisco show. It's very interesting that Damien would pick a Jewish Temple as a place for his concert. That being said, The Congregation Sherith Isreal holds 1400 people which seems quite large. There is balcony seating on three sides which might be closed off to bring the capacity down. It looks nice, but I have no idea what the acoustics will be like. Since it is the first show, I will post the setlist and review as soon as the show is over.

The website for The Box has me very confused. I'm guessing they do concerts at a reasonable time, and then the craziness starts??

Does anyone know if there will be more tour dates in the new year? I'm sure he won't come to Vancouver, Canada but I'm willing to travel to see him. Toronto is too far :(

Are the pre-sale passwords unique to each person or is it a generic code that applies to all cities? I signed up for the damo listserv, but confirmation link sat in my spam folder until this morning.

I had emailed the Warsaw Brooklyn venue asking about ticket prices and they just replied saying they will be $45 :D

What makes you say that it will be tough? Price? Availability? I'm just a bit nervous because out of the three dates in NYC that is the only one I can make, and I cannot miss out on my chance to see him.

I'm ready to try and go to the LA show. My husband even said: I knew it was only a matter of time til you were saying you were going to see damien. <3

What email are people talking about? I've been signed up for a while and just signed up again to reassure myself I will not miss out and I never got any emails. I had to go on twitter late in the day to see the promo tour announced. Did anyone else not receive an email?

Hello all, anyone going to the show from Milan? :)

if any of you lucky eskimos manages to make a recording I'll be forever grateful :)

Small venue and I expect demand will be high. I liken it to the 9 record release gig at Hiro - a lot of people were shut out of that one (even though they were selling tix at the door the night of) and people were reselling tix for quite the profit.

I'm very curious to see how much the tickets will cost and hoping to have good luck in the presale.

The Box is the venue where Chris Martin played his secret show last month.

I wonder if they'll place a cap on the pre-sale tickets available.. You'd imagine that these venues (especially the likes of NY) will sell out quickly.
