Gemma Hayes - Bones + Longing
The new album has been out for over 5 months now and it's really good.
Classic Gemma voice with a slightly different sound. I recommend using your headphones for this album. My favourite songs: (Tried to post it with the specific time but it doesn't seem to work for me so the actual song starts at 1:18 or so) |
i love this album. i love her acoustic stuff better but this collection of songs shows how talented she is... and her sweet velvet voice is at its best!
palomino is also one of my favourite songs, along with making my way and chasing. |

She has done a few sessions recently and she even played this. I've never seen her doing it live actually.

i went to see gemma at whelans last saturday. i love that venue and it´s amazing to see one of my favourist artists there! she is a goddess and the gig was brilliant! tomo is turing with her apparently! i was always fascinated by how much he´s into each song behind the drums set and seeing that live was one of the highlights for sure :D
