Do you think they would possibly offer the 1000 limited deluxe vinyls of O to this community first? We’ve been his biggest and longest supporters.
|
That would be great, saw him on an early "O" tour at the Wedgewood Rooms in Portsmouth in Autumn of 2003

I thought the mailing list was dead! I could have sworn I signed up ages ago and never received anything. Signed up (again?) yesterday. But just in case it's still not working, I'd be very grateful if someone might post here or send me a private message with the info if the update happens to have a link to purchase anything of a limited nature.

The mailing list has been a bit haphazard for quite a few years, the info normally (eventually) arrives. A lot of the time it arrives a day or so after you've found out the info about a show/event, but other times its OK. When he played the London Palladium many years ago, the mailing list told me about the show about four days after it had gone on sale, so it was sold out. Luckily I managed to get a pair from ebay that were genuine tickets and only a couple of quid mark up on them. While when he played Bristol in 2015, the mailing list worked well, gave me two days notice of the pre-sale and I got front row seats in the circle for what ended up as a great show by him in a venue I'd not been to before. So hopefully today's announcement will arrive on time? |
I've been signed up to the mailing list with 5 different email addresses for years and receive his emails at different times on each. He just posted three more images to IG... I really want a copy of O on vinyl... this suspense is killing me!

this tour—travelling from concert to concert on an old wooden sailboat—is a dream that has been percolating under a dusty lid for over 10 years. all that mesmerising movement of sails and ropes and waves gives me the feeling of being carried into the elements on the back of a giant, mythical sea creature. it's a place i feel deeply vulnerable, and immensely free - damien Damien will sail the Italian and Spanish coasts for six shows in July and August and we wanted you to be the first to know. Pre-sale tickets Wednesday 11 April at 11am CEST for 24 hours here General on-sale Thursday 12 April at 11am CEST. Please note that the previously announced Cap Roig Festival show is now sold out. 15 July 2018 Anfiteatro Falcone Borsellino, Zafferana Etnea Catania, Italy 19 July 2018 Belvedere Di San Leucio, Caserta, Italy 22 July 2018 Teatro di Ostia, Ostia Antica, Rome, Italy 29 July 2018 Cap Roig Festival - Castell de Cap Roig, Calella de Palafrugell, Spain | SOLD OUT 02 August 2018 Auditorium de Palma de Mallorca, Palma, Mallorca, Spain 07 August 2018 Teatre Principal de Maó, Mahón, Menorca, Spain |
