Just stumbled along it, dont think i like it to much, but thought you might like a listen!!

I like a lot of covers of Damien Rice songs but the live verision was painful to hear.

I'm listening to the album version right now, and I think that "painful" would just about cover it!

[EDIT:] Good grief, what's with that braying laugh at the beginning of the live version? And why oh why would you leave yourself making such an unattractive noise on one of your own recordings?

It gives me the shudders. And the 'singing' bit after the chorus... oh god... Actually, on second thought the whole thing is quite hilarious.

But the live version won't work for me somehow...

When I opened it I just had to leave it loading up in the background for a few minutes, I think because it has to download the whole mp3 before it will start playing. But trust me, if you DO listen to it, that laugh will stay with you...*shudder*

Oh, right... it's working now. And I can't stop laughing... :smiley36: Especially at that last bit after the song... and his "teach me to be shy" bit.
