yeah, it sucks that they aren't streaming the whole set, but at least they fixed it.

Listening to all these streams gives me a craving for Lowlands pannekoeken (pancakes) and yes, even the continous noise coming from the party tent just outside our campsite.

what I don't miss: waiting in line to go to the bathroom or take a shower
(yes Cille, showers, multiple showers at a festival, so very different from Roskilde last year haha I was all clean and nice smelling at Lowlands, no trucker baths)

Have these showers always been at Lowlands? Because I don't remember them being there last time I went.

well this was my first time back after an 8 years absence, but I went from 97-99 and they had showers then, so I guess they have always had them.

This was the first time I used them though, before that I was all " Pfffff, you're not supposed to shower at a festival"
But what is true: the better you smell, the smellier everyone else is. On friday it wasn't so bad when I was standing upfront in the pit, but by Sunday it got quite a bit nastier when people started to raise their arms to clap. And I'm quite small, so I'm at armpit height most of the time. Not so nice. :smiley11:

Last time I went was in 2000, and I didn't see any showers. Not that I really looked for them, because I was quite happily a smelly bastard. :D
