Other Voices is back for a thirteenth year!

What a pleasure it will be to bring another year’s worth of new music to the wild and magical town of Dingle. As always, Other Voices Series 13 will shoot for three days in St. James’ church to an audience of 80 people. Dates can now be confirmed as: December 12th, 13th and 14th 2014.

The Music Trail is back and will boast a heavyweight lineup of Ireland’s best up-and-coming new bands (along with a few familiar faces). All gigs are free and we will announce daily lineup information very shortly.

Jim Carroll’s Banter Salon will return to the quaint Foxy John’s Pub with a list of culture conscious panelists from various walks of life… music, media, sport, politics, film and everything in between will be up for discussion. Again, lineup information to follow in the coming weeks.

The IMRO Other Room Open Call is making a welcome return this year. More than 1000 bands applied last year for the coveted Viewers Choice slot. We are now taking submissions for Series 13, click here to enter. The deadline for submissions is 8pm, Thursday, November 20th. Public voting will open on November 27th and the Viewer’s Choice will be announced on December 4th. Best of luck to everyone!

And now, back to the main show… for any distressed ticketless members of our loyal fan base, do not despair. We will be streaming live to a number of venues around Dingle town, including Benners Hotel, Foxy Johns and many others.

Every time Other Voices comes to St. James’ in Dingle, we have the unenviable task of allocating 80 coveted tickets per night. Over the years, we’ve decided that the fairest way to allocate tickets is to give them away… and to make things even fairer, we’ll have a list below of everywhere you can get your hands on a pair of tickets.
