Anyone think or know if the shop on the official site will be open before christmas? it would make sense for everyone if it did.

I want Damo stuff! Did they sell Damien Rice things at the concerts?

In Jersey this summer, they had his cds( O and b-sides), and two shirts. The volcanoes shirt, but in brown(in the website it was red(i think)), and another shirt.

At the LA show they sold 2 shirts. One is the image album cover on a light beige shirt. The other is a drawing ( I believe it is one of Damien's drawing), that you can see on the top left corner of the official site. It was also in beige. They were selling at $30 a piece in LA.

It seems to be just a slight update of their old shop... It's strange that they don't feature any merchandise for the new album. Maybe that will come in time.

At the Orpheum show they had those 2 shirts too. I liked the people with the balloons but I'm not a tshirt person. I was hoping for more variety. No key chains, stickers, posters, albums. Nothing.
Maybe when he comes back to LA in 2007.... (I can hope!!!)

I do like the fact that they now have real pictures up, instead of those lousy technical drawings. :)

And the funny thing is that the same t-shirts in Oakland costed just 25 bucks!!

What I really like about Damien's merchandise is that it is not "obvious" merchandise but rather kind of subtle, sweet and simple. Somebody who isn't a fan might not even notice that these are Damien Rice shirts. And although I really like the balloon pic, I must say that I would LOVE to have a t-shirt with Damien's (self-)portrait (?) on it.

But I also like the "Heffa"-elephant vintage shirt. And the "Grumps" one. But I think I'll wait until they add the new stuff to the shop before I decide which one to take...

The Heffa vintage shirt is new. I want it really badly! and the sweater as well..

wow that brown 9 t-shirt is gorgeus, that and the heffa hoodie is on my list :D

They are all nice, but I'm not willing to pay 30 euros for a simple t-shirt. The prices are a wee bit high in this shop...

Damn, why didn't I order yesterday when they cost 25 euros? And why did they elevate the prices? :crybaby2:

The 'People' T-shirt is sweet. I hope it will be sold at the upcoming gigs.
