Anyway Buffy;
Its a Angel puppet from Angel season 5. basically evil demons were taking contol of puppets and sucking the life force of kids that watched their show, "Smile Time" (also the name of the episode). Angel went to investigate but got changed into a puppet so his gang and to go and sort it out.
Very interesting episodes especially when Aggel puppet changed into a vampire puppet.
also is not every day that a puppet says "punk ass bitch" on TV.
