also, in order to make it seem a bit better i've updated your permissions so you should be able to upload a little avatar of your own choice now. it has to be 100 pixels by 100 pixels or less. please let me know what else i can do to make it nicer here.

and you can now add a profile photo so people can see what you look like by clicking on your public profile.

i've also increased the number of posts shown per thread, as per livo's request.

I noticed the editor for signatures doesn't allow for image insertions. Cant that be changed? I'm missing my penguine.

well i'm not the lovely livo but i think maybe the dark blue bars + spaces between the posts are making the lay-out more messy than it has to..? coz it looks less confusing on the forum front page where there are no bars, just thin lines between the forum names.

Somewhere in your profile you select the WYSIWYG option... then they show up when you are replying to anything

maybe if you have optional colour schemes for the board that you can change in your profile... then people can decide for themselves what they like best

Is there a way to see all post from, say, the last day, the last two days etc.? All I see is "new posts" (since last visit). :smiley23:

I haven't found that yet either... it was useful on the old forum alright...

I know another forum that's using the same software. I'll look around there and see if they have that, since they've been tweaking the board for while.

ok, i've added a little menu on the left of the navigation bar... it says active topics... just click on that and you'll get a pop-up where you can select what threads to see (i.e. last 1 day, 2 days etc.)

I was just wondering if it is possible to display the date next to the thread/thread starter info, as it used to be in the old igloo. I was searching for something and had no luck using the 'search' function, I gave up because I couldn't seem to find the thread without a date to guide me. (I hope that makes sense:smiley9: ).

You want the date of when the thread STARTED to be displayed?

Go to Quick Links up the top there, select Edit Options... go right down to the bottom to Miscellaneous Options and select 'Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG editing' and they appear every time you do a reply (not the quick reply though)
