i dunno it could of been pushed back a month or so, it seems weird that or they changed there mind on releasing it because of the way cannonball went (even though i can't stand the radio version just ruins it them drums do)

I'm sorry but that's complete bull. If that is Lonelily
alongside Cold Water and not previously unheard
track then it's a complete rip-off for his fans. I'm a
huge damo fan but I wouldn't buy that. It's a bit
much...

yeah, you're right... i think at this point though it's pretty clear that there will be a lot of releases that are flimsy, punctuated by a few that are mind bendingly good...

Thanks Jayavo, I truly see the light now. No, but
seriously, how many times can you release the
same set of songs? My point is that there are a lot of
fans out there (lacking your obvious willpower) who
will go out and buy the single just to have it in their
collection, even though they already have the songs
on other discs. That seems ever so slightly unfair in
my opinion. Very young fans will buy into anything
that the artist puts out, so there is a certain
responsibility there. It just seems so long ago now
that the debut album was released and here we
have another single being taken off it. Hearing about
it felt like a punch in the stomach. I had been hoping
for new material. Perhaps 'Lonely' is a brand new
song though. We'll have to see. Either way, it
doesn't mean I hate Damo or anything, take a chill
pill. I'm still a huge fan.
