The Pachelbel's Canon rant was hilarious! :D That's so true... the stupid chord progression seems to be everywhere nowadays, and the cello part really sucks. But those 8 quavers are so boring that they're funny. I haven't found a person who doesn't crack up over them yet.

nooo i loved pachelbel's canon in d! i liked the interplay of the instruments and all of the different layers of melodies, it was always one of my favorites to play in high school..

but then again i had the 1st violin part ;)

Well... I can agree that the 1st violin part is nice to play-I used to be obsessed and kept playing it everytime I had my violin. Then we had to perform it in school, and after so many rehearsals I didn't want to hear the piece ever again.
