I was there last night and I did a little bit of scouting for you.

Tables. There are 12 to a row, generally numbered in groups of 12 i.e.

Row 1 - tables 1-12
Row 2 - 13 - 24

there is a slight diferernce with the 100's though and I saw some of them at the end of rows, this is not accurate but for example: 35,36,112

Block A: right of stage as you look from the audience
B: Back of ground floor
C: left of stage.

Numbering of blocks a&b:

The rows are numbered in ascending order as you are furthur away from the stage so if you are in seat #1 in a row in those blocks you are in the seat closest to the stage in that row.

Isn't level 2 seating in the balcony? Usually unreserved, plus some folks standing at the very top leaning on the wall?
