Damien at Rodrigo y Gabriella
 

Hello People,

I went to see the fantastic Rodrigo y Gabriella in Whelans last night and saw the lovely Damo at it! I got a tad excited to say the least, but managed not to run and throw myself on him! (not in that way, just cos i love him)

anyone else see him/go to the gig? :smiley14:

if you didn't say hello i'm going to strangle you. seriously. if i had passed up the chance to walk over and talk to DAMIEN BLOODY RICE i don't know what i'd do. Cry, probably.

I'm going to the Franz Ferdinand show in April. I'm really excited. I'm really quite into them right now. which has part to do with why i have not been on here in a while. i've still checked up, but it's mostly been during my study hall, and the computers at school are so utterly crap that its not worth trying to post.

how did Damien look? how much facial hair did he have? what was he wearing?
I've not seen him in so long i'm dying to have just the faintest idea of what he might've looked like that night.

Don't strangle me pleeeeze! I didn't talk to him cos a)I probably would have wet myself and b) he was up on the balcony and i was down with the riff-raff on the main floor!!

Oh and by the way, i luuuuv Franz Ferdinand too. I saw them in the Point a few months ago, brilliant gig :smiley20:

oh yeah, i saw him. didn't say hello either. not out of respect for his privacy, or my nonchalant attitude or anything, more cause i was busy trying to score some girl.

anyway, for the record. his hair was much longer than i've ever seen it. really it was a mess. he had some sort of scruffy facial hair going on. he had a green khaki jacket, blue jeans and later was wearing a wine-coloured woolly hat.

That girl you were trying to score was me Banjaxed!! (well, you never know!)

Yeah, Damien was looking scruffy but in a nice way. His hair is in a weird, scraggy, bob-type way at the mo. Very rock and roll

That's an apt name actually 'Banjaxed'. Pretty much sums up your performance that night.......... :D
