Yes, but you have to assume that back in 2004, a lot of people went to both shows. 3,000 + 3,000 doesn't necessarily equal 6,000. I wonder if there were empty seats. I know that he's sold out the DC show but there are TONS of people trying to unload thier tickets at or below face value on craigslist. Same thing happened last summer on the Fiona tour. People bought up tickets thinking they could scalp them and make a profit and had to eat the cost in the end.
