well, i haven´t been to sao paulo myself, but i met a lot of people from there and all of them said it´s not a nice city to visit.

if he were to argentina, he would play in buenos aires for sure. he played in la trastienda back in 2009, beautiful intimate venue, perfect for damien´s gig, also in a lovely town. but, i don´t know if there´re new venues that might be more suitable, to be honest.

another thing it may help you to decide it´s the currency

check where the american dolar is stronger, therefore the whole thing would be cheaper
