I run a full virus scan at least once a week on my hard drive. I have Symantec running whenever the computer is on. My definition subscription is current until 2005 (thanks to my law school). And my hard drive is clean.
Not to be defensive, but if it is FTP related, its not my FTP.
As a note, this is another reason to use shn files, because if they somehow contracted a virus they would fail md5 verification.
