The mailing list has been a bit haphazard for quite a few years, the info normally (eventually) arrives.
A lot of the time it arrives a day or so after you've found out the info about a show/event, but other times its OK.
When he played the London Palladium many years ago, the mailing list told me about the show about four days after it had gone on sale, so it was sold out. Luckily I managed to get a pair from ebay that were genuine tickets and only a couple of quid mark up on them.
While when he played Bristol in 2015, the mailing list worked well, gave me two days notice of the pre-sale and I got front row seats in the circle for what ended up as a great show by him in a venue I'd not been to before.
So hopefully today's announcement will arrive on time?
