No doubt, but let me draw an analogy. At the '83 US Festival, David Lee Roth forgot the words to one of Van Halen's songs in front of 300,000 people, and loudly exclaimed, mid-song, that he "Forgot the fu<kin' words!" It was such a heavily bootlegged and talked about incident, he started doing it as part of his schtick during every show.
To me ("me" being the primary word here) it just didn't have the same effect as when it happened spontaneously,
