Overall, I enjoyed myself, just that after seeing him as a one-man acoustic band back in 2006 (and without Lisa), this time round I wished he had brought with him a few more people. Although he showed great talent with his looping machines, I’ll take real instruments and backing musicians anytime. I feel that the repetitiveness and long-windedness a bit of an over-indulgence on his part (feel free to revile me ヅ ). He could have save them for a few more songs.. namely “I Don’t Want to Change You” or “Trusty and True” or “Woman Like a Man” or even something from The Prophet Soundtrack, to name a few of my missing favourites.. Hopefully, he’ll be back before I’m too old.. ヅ
