I had the same problem Topspin - there was no pulldown or text field to enter the number of tickets I wanted. I was able to enter the password and choose a mail option but couldn't select tix, so I'd get an error message. This happened on both my husband's and my laptops.
I think I'm going to try again on my old laptop in today's general sale. I've tried clearing my cache, but something is screwy with that ticketweb page.
