that's the album he started working on in '07 with joel shearer. i think glo32 said joel mentioned it on pedestrian's website. it's the environmental "save the earth" album.
i think we're talking about multiple releases here:
1. the new album with all new songs
2. the environmental album project G
3. the duets/collaboration album (maybe it's the same as the new one but sounds like it may be different)
4. and based on what he said in Reykjavik possibly a studio recording of B-sides/older songs

I think project G and the duets album are the same thing, and they've been working on it in the last couple of years...
Joel wrote about it for the first time on his website in early 2007, then again in 2008 in an interview (saying it was called Project G and that they were still working on it), and then again on twitter in May 2009 (when he went to Ireland to record with Damien) around the same time when Carmen Rizzo, Melanie Laurent and Thomas Dybdahl announced to be working with Damien...
