No, Bessie Smith's song is Nobody
KNOWS You When You're Down And Out. And Bessie Smith didn't write it, Ida Cox and B. Feldman did.
Now, there is also a blues song called Nobody Loves You When You're Down And Out, and Eric Clapton does a great job of it on Unplugged, but again it's a different song altogether.
