Hi Wheels, Emmett etc,

a friend of mine has registered, and activated his account, and so is able to view the forum. But he can't start any new threads, or reply to any posts - instead he gets a message saying "you do not have permission to access this page".

Any chance you'd be able to sort it out when you get a minute? His username is Tengo.
