i was able to come up with this (fairly confident) transcription:

even with this slower version i'm still not entirely sure that she's saying "
rumoured hexes" .. but it'll do for now..
also, in some versions she seems to be singing "but there did live then die the notion" and others she seems to sing "but there it lived and died a notion" .. so i included both.
