I've been planning on asking someone in that band that very same question for about a year now. I can only imagine that some technicality prevented it from being released. It would have been nice though. Paul and Dave playing acoustic, Vyvienne's Band, Lisa's Band, Damo's Band, and all that bric-a-brac. Does anyone have any idea of where it went?
