It is against ebay policy to sell live boots. Drop them a line, and hopefully they will pull this auction. Also worth dropping the seller a line to say what he is doing is wrong.
And one good suggestion I heard somewhere else... tell the seller "oh... by the way... I will contact the winning bidder and offer them a copy for FREE!" :-D
