I think it is AllRegion/Region0 so it works on every computer... but it is PAL, so if someone in the US wants to watch it on tv, it has to be converted to NTSC first...
maybe one of us can send a copy to someone in the US who can convert it to NTSC, and then start two vines... one for the PAL and one for the NTSC copy?
