well, don't worry too much about that - just download as much as you like from the briefcases, etc. - it's for all of us to enjoy
as for the trading of entire gigs, etc. the thing is you also have to start somewhere, so if you for instance b & p with someone you already have a gig to trade with others, and you're rolling. there's some pretty good info here:
