Useless Update: Still nothing but loading screens for Chicago. Box office line is busy, but I'm hitting redial. HMMMM.
Useless Update 2: We have moved on from loading screens to completely blank screens. PROGRESS! (Not really) Also who has a busy signal in 2014??? Why is there no phone queue???
Useless Update 3: Maybe it's because their website says the box office doesn't open until noon MY LIFE
