I'd say that "I Remember" doesn't really sound as good as without Lisa, for me. The "sweet" section of the song sounds so misplaced with Damien. The same for "The Professor", specially when she used to sing the second part in addition to the "La Fille Danse" outro. Both songs as well have my favourite live renditions with Lisa singing along.
But I do agree that 9 Crimes sounds terrific with Damo solo. Lisa's versions has its own magic, but maybe inspired by their relationship and falling out (as now it sounds, after HotPress interview), he just recreated it live, and it feels a lot more desperate and intense than ever before. Few times in my life I've felt goose bumps the way I did the first time I heard that "NO NO NO" coda.
