Eva, what kind of computer do you have? is it a PC (Windows) or is it a Mac? for Mac-users they stream with SilverLight, you'll see it beneath the video window that there are two players (MediaPlayer / SilverLight Player). I'm no technological genius, but I was thinking that the player itself might be the issue.
