thatīs what I hate about festivals, how 99% of the people go there to get drunk so they donīt care about the music and spend all time chatting during the concerts even if theyīve paid 200Euros to get in... if you wanna avoid the chatting the only solution at a festival is to be in the first rows, so you go early, like 1 hour before the performance and queue to get the front row, then people there are more respectful...
