Surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet but in this months Q there is a feature in the 1010 songs that you must own. There were a few celebrity playlists where people picked 20 songs of a specfific genre, Jeremy Vine from BBC Radio 2 did an Indie list and picked Volcano, Katie Melua did one on easy listening and not only picked the blowers daughter but named it her essential song.
