Hey thanks tons anyway !

The setting you need to find/change in order to have better details is DPI (dots per inches) and you'd need to set it at either 150 or more (above 300 would be too much) since it seems your images are at 96 DPI right now.

So there should be a box/menu somewhere on your screen when you're about to start the scan and in that box/menu there should be a DPI setting that is probably set at 96 by default (it usually is 72 or 96 for web, and then 150 and higher for other uses, usually 300 for printing).
