Hi, Í've only recently discovered Damien, but I must say that I'm already hooked!!!
I also went to see him play in Amsterdam, although I almost didn't go because I had nobody to go with since my friends aren't really into the same music i am. But I'm so glad I went by myself, it was really refreshing to see a "serious" singer-songwriter actually having a good time,because some just take themselves too seriously.
In reply to the comment about the gig being taped: apparently it wasn't being taped for any particular reason, I inquired about it myself through
info@damienrice.com. But maybe if more people do, something will be done with the recording
