I think it's only available in Ireland (I ordered it from Irish Music Mail and got it posted over). It's from a series of acoustic sessions in a church, organised by Glen Hansard of The Frames. It was on TV in Ireland, and then they released a CD with some of the songs from it - Damien Rice, Josh Ritter, Emmet Tinley, Mark Geary, The Frames, and lots of others.
