The TV Appearances Vol 1 DVD has the BBC 4 session on it but it only shows up if you search dead torrents too (because it's not being seeded). It's here anyway:

theiny - I suffer with broadband too, but there are loads of factors that can affect the speed so you just have to be patient... You can tweak your system though to make it faster. There are loads of websites that can 'help' you with that if you do a search.
