a) Not very, but you'll probably have to get a taxi unless you wnat to go all the way into the city and then back out.
b) Not sure, too far to walk anyways. You can get a bus though, timetables at
www.cie.ie and click the Dublin Bus link.
c) 10-15 minute walk depending on where you're coming from.
