No. It was written by Damien's then band mate Paul Noonan.
As far as I know, there are at least 3 Juniper versions in circulation. "Never, Live at Home", "Never, Live at the Olympia" and the 2fm version. He played it live towards the start of 2004 as an intro to Cold Water, which he said at one of the shows was inspired by the song (it
is the same chords after all!).
