hi rach! i´m so sorry you feel that way. it must be awful, and i know you sort of cannot help it. admiting it it´s a good star i suppose 
all i can say now is that you could take your own words to inspire you or challenge you to change what makes you feel uncomfortable these days. i mean, why not?
