I'm pretty sure it's the 6th time they've used Kate's music!!!!!!!!!! Last season they used Grace in the season finale, just before Chasing Cars, and it was amazing just hearing the two songs back to back. I think Grace is also in the Grey's Anatomy Soundtrack 2.

So maybe they use some other Damien song in the future. In previous seasons they used 5 times Jem and 4 times KT Tunstall!!! and 3 times Snow Patrol!!
