Yeah, that's exactly how it worked! They played the song and all of a sudden it just completely blew up and rocketed to the top of every chart. Although, the downside to that is now - millions of people only know Snow Patrol through that one song, which is a little sad.
iTunes definitely has 9 Crimes up... so we'll see how this goes
