can we use this as a place to showcase "poems/things that could potentially become lyrics?"

i have nothing to say
you stole all my thoughts away
and left me confused
left me battered
with my hands on my eyes
and my fingers clenched tight
to drive away the hits
taken upon my mind...
...they almost bring about tears, all these fears...
