Well there were ftp sitesrunning until recently. At one stage there were 3. But now we're down to 1 site.
But the guy whos running it, is having issues with his ISP and had to shut it down temporarily.
Appart from the ftp thing there's the B&P (only practical option if your without broadband, ADSL and ISDN) or torrent (not too common around here, and i personally dont bother with it) option.
There are plenty of discussions about all 3 ways of trading on this website, they should tell you everything you need to know.
