Terri, there is an easy trick to get signed at Dime. Once you're at the 'We are sorri' page, keep hiting the 'refresh' button, like every 30 sec, and eventually you'll be able to sign up. It might take 5 min or half an hour but it always work.
Ahhh and I just the full Rome DVD and it's amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
