That's just not true. There was never a Brazil tour scheduled. There were shows being discussed, and some idiot in Brazil leaked them to a local newspaper which very much displeased DRM, but no concerts were ever scheduled. The entire tour was arranged basically on a "Let's see what we can work out and then decide if we want to do it" basis, and they ultimately decided they didn't want to.
